We utilize current platforms such as Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix or Siemens TIA Portal for each of our migrations. Migrations include code conversions, verifications, and implemented updates. Some of our customers also opt to simultaneously add HMI capabilities in an effort to reduce wiring.

Systematic Migration with Minimized Downtime
During conversions, we take a systematic approach to migration in an effort to keep current processes running and minimize downtime.
We take your production and schedules into account, making a unique plan for each migration that incorporate any potential time-saving solutions. We also frequently utilize pre-wired component replacements or fully assembled new control panels to further expedite installation.
Along with the migrations, other antiquated equipment or controls can be upgraded to bring systems to current technology and help reduce maintenance issues.
