- All new boilers, air conditioning, and plumbing
- Mechanical construction services project was split into two phases, with the major work performed during the summer months (two shifts)

Commercial Mechanical/Plumbing Services
Shambaugh & Son's $7.1 million contract on this mechanical construction project included the following scope of work:
- Eight (8) Lockinvar 2,000,000 Btu hot water boilers
- Two (2) York 800-ton chillers
- Twenty (20) air handling units
- Five hundred (500) fan coil units and VAV coils
- Eight (8) 300-ton ice tanks (free-cooling units)
- Two hundred (200) new plumbing fixtures
