Value Delivered
This project was completed on a fast-track schedule on budget.
Client Objectives
The Lutheran Heart Center Medical Group needed a replacement facility to accommodate their tremendous growth. The main requirement in constructing the new building was that it be large enough to combine the old main office and ancillary facilities into one office—with flexible future expansion options.
The project included a diagnostic wing, allowing the group to perform several state-of-the-art imaging procedures, including Nuclear Medicine Practices. The Ambulatory Surgery Center was designed with two operating rooms and an unfinished space that would allow the Heart Center Medical Group to add a third operating room in the future.
