The company’s Corporate Safety Director reports to Bill, and he is proud of the corporate safety culture that tirelessly strives for Zero Today, for Life. Additionally, every year Bill offers several internal seminars on how to avoid conflicts and claims, comply with contract requirements, and communicate and work with customers to ensure that we do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it.

Bill stays in active and regular contact with leaders throughout the company, and visits branch offices and jobsites, to provide additional oversight and review that procedures are followed and problems avoided.

While the company is proud of its history of avoiding lawsuits and working closely with our customers, subcontractors, vendors and unions, periodically disagreements or issues arise that require resolution, and Bill insists on open dialogue to work through and resolve such matters efficiently. If any of these types of matters arise, Bill welcomes a call.
