Zack oversees safety across multiple jobsites in the district, helping to ensure that federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and rules are observed. He is responsible for helping our projects meet both local and OSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements. 

Enforcing Shambaugh’s corporate safety directives and evaluating the effectiveness of administrative controls are also central components of Zack’s work. In all his efforts, his number one priority is promoting employee health and safety to help protect our team from injury and deliver projects that exceed customer expectations.

Expertise

Zack began working in the industry as a sprinkler fitter and member of UA Local 669. He joined the Shambaugh team as a General Foreman, before being promoted to Regional Safety Manager and then our East Coast Fire Protection Safety Manager. His certifications include OSHA 30-hour training and Board of Certified Safety Professionals Safety Trained Supervisor Construction.
