Ryan works with all our branches to help ensure that Shambaugh remains the industry leader in fire protection. He successfully manages and runs large project operations, as well as being a resource for superintendent and field personnel development and training, labor power needs, and safety. 

Ryan is an excellent communicator, has an energetic leadership style, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities. He promotes and helps provide a safe working environment for our employees and customers by ensuring compliance with Shambaugh’s corporate safety program, OSHA requirements, and our operational policies and procedures.

Expertise

After graduating high school, Ryan became a second-generation member of UA Sprinkler Fitters Local 669. He completed the apprenticeship program ten months ahead of schedule, becoming a licensed journeyman.

The Personal Side

Ryan and his wife have one daughter. He is an avid firearms enthusiast, spends his free time outdoors and fishing, and loves reading, watching documentaries, and following baseball.
