Mike manages our 80-acre Training Academy, which hosts classes, meetings, and hands-on training specifically designed for training superintendents, foremen, and project managers on trade-specific tools, safety culture, indoor fall protection, and confined space safety.
As manager, Mike helps ensure that equipment and tools are continually maintained and updated for state-of-the-art training and accurate simulation of jobsite activities.
Expertise
Mike began his career in construction in 2000 and joined the Shambaugh safety team in 2019. He brings a wide breadth of OSHA regulation knowledge and experience and takes his responsibility very seriously. His goal is to help ensure workers are kept up to date on OSHA developments and that our company safety standards are being met or exceeded on each jobsite.
The Personal Side
Mike and his wife have three children, and he spends his free time camping and exploring non-paved roads.
