Justin oversees the activities of 20 fire protection offices and seven fabrication facilities, scattered across fourteen states. He is primarily focused on procurement and inventory management, supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in sales annually with various suppliers. 

Expertise

Justin comes from a diverse background, originally starting in engineering and then holding positions in project management, sales/estimating, and management throughout his career.

He joined the Shambaugh team as a designer and moved up to roles of increasing responsibility in the fire protection division, including project manager and director of special projects. He was recently promoted to his current position, providing national strategic support for our nationwide locations. 

His education includes a bachelor’s degree in design engineering from Tri-State University (Trine University). He has achieved multiple certifications and training accolades, including:

• NICET Level III, Automatic Sprinkler Systems
• Special Hazard Suppression Systems
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Various state licenses and certifications

In addition, Justin is a member of NFPA 851 Technical Committee Hydroelectric Generating Plants and NFPA 853 Technical Committee Stationary Fuel Cell Power Systems.
