Matt is responsible for managing the service and construction of day-to-day operations for the Indianapolis location of our refrigeration group. He helps to ensure that—no matter the complexity of the project or refrigeration system—our team is prepared to deliver exceptional service.
Expertise
Matt has eight years of experience in the industrial refrigeration industry, primarily spent with our organization. Throughout his career, Matt has earned roles of increasing responsibility, including Designer, Cost Estimator, Project Engineer, and Senior Refrigeration Engineer.
He has been an instrumental part of projects for a number a Shambaugh’s most high-profile clients, including Pepsi Beverage Company, Kraft Foods, and Nestle, among others. He has hands-on expertise working on plant expansions, ammonia to glycol conversions, engine room relocations, and more.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland - College Park. He participated in ammonia refrigeration courses at University of Wisconsin and attended the Industrial Refrigeration Seminar at Frick in Waynesboro, PA.
