In nearly 20 years of cost estimating, Todd has served projects ranging in value from small to over 20 million dollars, for clients including General Motors, Hillsdale College, Kraft Foods, and Sigma Tau Pharmaceuticals.
Expertise
Todd joined Shambaugh in 1995. Before becoming an estimator, Todd provided on-site project management for the Ford Paint Shop project in Lorain, OH. He also partook in summer internships for mechanical estimating and pipe fabrication.
Todd earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, and a Bachelor of Science from the School of Engineering Technology at Purdue University, West Lafayette. He is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Professional Estimators and the Mechanical Contractors Association of Indiana Student Chapter at Purdue University. His industry certifications include 10-hour OSHA training and 40-hour QuickPen training.

Todd is married and enjoys spending his time with his family, running, being outdoors, and restoring cars.
