Mark is involved in all aspects of the business, from sales to estimating and managing projects. He understands the critical paths forward and is known for his ability to increase job site productivity, develop recoverable lost time plans, and his outstanding communication skills.

Expertise

Mark began his career at Shambaugh in 1992. He has moved up through various roles, including operations manager, prior to his current position as branch manager. His experience includes the successful management of projects ranging from $10,000 to $100 million, meeting specific cost, schedule, quality, and safety standards, making him an invaluable asset to our organization.

Mark has an associate degree in applied science from Ivy Tech State College and is a licensed plumber and IDEM backflow technician in Indiana. He has completed multiple certifications and trainings including: 

• Acuren Visual Weld Inspection
• Purity Systems ASME BPE Requirements
• Rath Manufacturing Pharmaceutical High Purity Piping
• OSHA 30-hour course

Mark is a board member of the Wabash Valley Chapter of the Mechanical Contractors Association.
 

The Personal Side

Mark and his wife have two children, and they enjoy traveling together in their spare time. He also gives back by volunteering at his children’s school and church.
