Cale provides leadership to the entire Havel division, including EMCOR Construction Services, EMCOR Services Shambaugh and Precision Controls of Indianapolis.
Cale is responsible for business management, including strategic planning, business development, sales, estimating, engineering and construction, and service operations. He also identifies new technology directions and maintains strong, positive alliances with high technology and equipment manufacturers.
Ultimately, his goal is to provide customers with the innovative design-build and engineering solutions, disciplined and attentive project management, and responsive service they need to meet today’s complex facilities and business challenges.
Expertise
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Cale brings power and HVAC, controls and electrical design, and construction and service expertise to the division.
Cale received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and his Design-Build Institute of America certification in 2008. He is a registered professional engineer with 10-hour OSHA “Competent Training Construction Course” certification.
Cale is also a member of the American Society for Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE).
