SCOPE OF SERVICES
Shambaugh & Son, the largest MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction services contractor in Indiana and currently the 6th largest specialty contractor in the United States, gave this client the convenience and time-saving benefits of a complete end-to-end contracting solution. In addition to general construction services, Shambaugh installed all MEP systems.
SOLUTIONS
As the design/build contractor for this project, Shambaugh delivered a 50,000 s.f. facility expansion in 15 weeks — five months ahead of the planned schedule.
